This coverage exempts against own damage to the vehicle above the value of the deductible in the event of a collision. If you purchase CDW-TP, the rental company agrees, subject to the actions listed in the rental agreement that invalidates CDW, to contractually waive its liability for the cost of damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle.

Full Tank Return: The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid additional fuel charges.
